BIG RIG TOWING
18-wheelers, oversize loads, multi-axle rigs. Peterbilt rotator on call, 24 hours.
FOR WHEN A SEMI ISN’T BIG ENOUGH
Beyond a standard Class 8, there’s a whole category of oversize, overweight, and multi-axle rigs that most tow operators can’t handle. That’s where our Peterbilt heavy rotator earns its keep.
We transport big rigs across the Gulf Coast with proper permits, pilot coordination if needed, and the rigging experience to handle load transfers on scene when necessary.
If your rig is stuck, flipped, or needs oversize transport, our team has the equipment and the paperwork to execute safely.

OVERSIZE & OVERWEIGHT PERMIT TRANSPORT
An oversize or overweight load isn’t just a bigger tow. It’s a permitted move with rules about routing, escorts, time-of-day, and bridge limits. When a permit rig breaks down, or when you need an oversize unit relocated across the Houston metro, we run it with the right paperwork and the right equipment. We coordinate the TxDOT oversize/overweight permit, plan a legal route around low clearances and weight-restricted bridges, and put a 50- or 75-ton rotator under it so the load moves once, safely, instead of getting hung up halfway. Serving Houston, Crosby, Baytown, and the wider Gulf Coast since 2001.
MULTI-AXLE & HEAVY-HAUL RECOVERY
Multi-axle rigs (tri-axle tractors, spread-axle trailers, and heavy-haul combinations carrying machinery or modules) concentrate enormous weight that a single light wrecker simply can’t lift or stabilize. Our heavy fleet includes a 35-ton heavy wrecker and 50- and 75-ton rotators, so we match the wrecker to the axle count and the gross weight instead of forcing an undersized truck onto a job it can’t finish. We recover loaded multi-axle rigs off I-10, US-59 / I-69, Beltway 8, and the SH-225 corridor, distributing the lift across the right points so the frame, the suspension, and the load all come out intact. Recovery up to 80,000 lbs.
LOWBOY & HEAVY-HAUL TRAILER RECOVERY
A loaded lowboy or RGN hauling an excavator, a dozer, or an industrial component is one of the hardest things on the road to recover when it goes down: the deck sits low, the load is high and heavy, and the center of gravity is unforgiving. We winch out and recover lowboy and step-deck combinations that have slid off a shoulder, bottomed out, or lost a run of tires, and we re-stabilize the machine on the deck before anything moves. When the trailer itself is disabled, we can transfer the equipment to a serviceable deck so the freight keeps moving.
LOAD-SHIFT STABILIZATION & ON-SCENE TRANSFER
When cargo shifts on a heavy-haul rig (a strap lets go, a machine slides, a tall load leans), the trailer can become unsafe to move even if the truck is fine. We stabilize and re-secure shifted loads on scene, and when a trailer can no longer carry its freight, we transfer the load to another deck so the rig comes off the road in one controlled operation. The goal is always the same: clear the lane and protect the cargo without turning one incident into two.
REFINERY & PORT OVERSIZE MOVES (TWIC)
The plants and terminals along the Houston Ship Channel and the SH-225 corridor move oversize and overweight units in and out constantly: vessels, skids, reactors, and heavy modules that have to clear a controlled gate. Our operators are TWIC certified, so we can take a big rig or an oversize unit through refinery, chemical-plant, and marine-terminal gates that turn away tow companies without credentials. In-plant heavy moves and gate recoveries along the corridor are routine work for us, run with the 35-ton wrecker and 50- and 75-ton rotators.
PILOT-CAR & ESCORT COORDINATION
Most permitted oversize moves require certified pilot/escort vehicles (front, rear, or both, with height poles on tall loads), and the permit dictates exactly when and where they’re needed. We coordinate pilot-car and escort scheduling as part of the move so the load, the wrecker, and the escorts roll on the same legal plan and the same clock. That coordination is what keeps an oversize transport from stalling at a county line or a low bridge over a missing escort.
WINCH-OUT & OFF-ROAD EXTRACTION FOR HEAVY RIGS
Heavy rigs end up in soft shoulders, ditches, and mud all over the Houston area, especially after a hard Gulf Coast rain, and the heavier the rig the harder it is to pull free without doing damage. We extract loaded big rigs and heavy-haul combinations with the cable length, the anchor points, and the pulling angles to bring them out without tearing up the drivetrain, the frame, or the load. The 35-ton wrecker and 50- and 75-ton rotators give us the line pull to recover a fully loaded rig, not just an empty tractor.
BIG-RIG RECOVERY ACROSS GREATER HOUSTON
We dispatch heavy equipment 24/7/365 from our 4-acre Crosby facility at 4338 Harvey Rd and run big-rig and oversize recoveries across the metro: I-10 through the Baytown and Katy stretches, US-59 / I-69, I-45, I-610, Beltway 8, and the SH-225 refinery corridor. A real dispatcher answers the phone, not a call center, and gives you a straight ETA on the call: roughly 15 minutes around Crosby and about 20 to 40 minutes across greater Houston, depending on location and traffic. For oversize moves and loaded recoveries that have to run beyond the metro, we also handle statewide heavy-duty recovery along the Texas freight corridors.
SERVING CROSBY & GREATER HOUSTON
We provide this service 24/7 across Crosby and the greater Houston area, including:
Crosby • Baytown • Channelview • Pasadena • Deer Park • La Porte • Kingwood • Humble • Atascocita • Highlands
