DIESEL REPAIR
Light-duty pickups to Class 8 tractors — the full diesel range under one roof.
YOUR DIESEL, OUR SHOP
From Power Stroke and Cummins-powered pickups to full Class 8 tractors, our diesel shop in Crosby handles the full size range. Preventive maintenance, major engine repair, fuel-system work, emissions, and DPF.
The same overhead crane we use for heavy-truck engine pulls works for medium-duty and pickup work too, so we get in and out faster than shops that wrench under the hood.
Fleet accounts with priority scheduling and net-30 billing. Walk-ins welcome.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE, OIL & FUEL SERVICE
A diesel that gets serviced on schedule is a diesel that stays out of the ditch. We run full preventive-maintenance service for pickups, medium-duty trucks, and Class 8 tractors — oil and filter changes, fuel-filter and water-separator service, coolant and DEF top-offs, air-filter swaps, belt and hose inspection, and a bumper-to-bumper look at the things that strand a truck. Fleet customers get this on a set interval so the work happens before a breakdown, not after one.
Diesel oil service is not just an oil change. We use the right weight and spec for the engine, check for fuel dilution and coolant in the oil, and read what the used oil is telling us about wear inside the engine. Catching a fuel-system or head-gasket problem at an oil change is a lot cheaper than catching it on the side of I-10.
MAJOR ENGINE REPAIR & OVERHAUL
When a diesel is knocking, blowing oil, losing coolant, or down on power, the fix is often inside the engine. We diagnose and repair the heavy stuff — head gaskets, cylinder heads, EGR coolers, oil coolers, water pumps, timing components, and full in-frame and out-of-frame overhauls on Power Stroke, Cummins, Duramax, and Class 8 engines. We tell you straight whether a repair makes sense or whether you are better off with a reman or a swap.
Major work happens in our enclosed shop on our 4-acre Crosby facility, not in a gravel lot exposed to the weather. The same overhead crane we use to pull heavy-truck engines lets us tear into a job cleanly and put it back together right. We have been doing diesel work in Crosby since 2001, and the deep jobs are where that experience pays off.
FUEL SYSTEM & INJECTOR SERVICE
Hard starts, rough idle, white smoke, knocking, and poor fuel economy usually trace back to the fuel system. We diagnose and repair high-pressure common-rail and HEUI systems — injectors, injection pumps, high-pressure fuel pumps, lift pumps, fuel-pressure regulators, and the lines and rails that tie them together. On Power Stroke, Cummins, and Duramax pickups, a single failing injector can mimic a much bigger problem, so we test before we throw parts at it.
We also chase down fuel contamination and water-in-fuel issues, replace failed fuel-water separators, and clean up the damage a bad tank of fuel can do across an entire fuel system. Get it diagnosed right the first time and you are not back next week with the same symptom.
TURBOCHARGER REPAIR & REPLACEMENT
A turbo that whines, surges, smokes, or has gone soft on boost robs a diesel of power and fuel economy and can take the engine with it if it lets go. We diagnose turbo and VGT (variable-geometry) problems, repair or replace the turbocharger, and fix the root causes — oil-feed and drain lines, sticking vanes, boost leaks, and failed actuators. On modern diesels the turbo and the emissions system work together, so we make sure boost control and the rest of the system are talking to each other before the truck leaves.
DPF, DEF & EGR EMISSIONS SERVICE
Emissions faults are the number-one reason a modern diesel goes into limp mode and a fleet truck stops earning. We service the whole aftertreatment system the right way — DPF (diesel particulate filter) cleaning, forced regenerations, and replacement; DEF system and dosing repair; SCR diagnostics; and EGR valve, cooler, and sensor service. We read the codes, find why the system faulted, and get the truck back to clean, compliant operation.
To be clear about what we do not do: we keep every diesel emissions-legal. We service, clean, diagnose, and repair the DPF, DEF, and EGR systems so they work as designed — we do not delete or defeat emissions equipment. Done correctly, a healthy aftertreatment system regenerates on its own, stays out of limp mode, and keeps the truck on the road.
ENGINE SWAPS WITH OUR OVERHEAD CRANE
Sometimes the smart move is not to rebuild the engine in the truck but to pull it and drop in a replacement or reman. Our enclosed shop has an overhead crane, so we pull and set diesel engines — from Power Stroke and Duramax pickups up to Class 8 tractor powerplants — cleanly and safely instead of fighting a chain hoist in the open. That means less time on the rack, fewer collateral problems, and a swap that goes back together correctly.
When the truck is too far gone to drive in, the same yard that does the engine work also runs the recovery equipment. We can bring it in on our own gear, including our 35-ton heavy wrecker and 50- and 75-ton rotators for the big stuff, so a dead diesel anywhere in the Houston area still gets to our shop in one move.
LIGHT-DUTY PICKUP TO CLASS 8 — THE FULL RANGE
We cover the entire diesel size range under one roof. Three-quarter-ton and one-ton Power Stroke, Cummins, and Duramax pickups; Sprinter and box-truck diesels; medium-duty work trucks; and full Class 8 tractors all get serviced by the same crew in the same shop. You are not bounced between a car shop that will not touch a big rig and a truck shop that will not bother with your pickup.
For a contractor, a small business, or a mixed fleet, that means one phone number for the diesel dually, the service trucks, and the tractors — same diagnostics, same standards, same invoice. Class-8-specific work like in-frame overhauls and driveline jobs is covered on our semi truck repair page; this shop is where the whole diesel range comes together.
FLEET ACCOUNTS & NET-30 BILLING
Downtime is what diesel repair actually costs a business, so we set fleet customers up to minimize it. Fleet accounts get priority scheduling, scheduled preventive maintenance on a set interval, and net-30 billing on commercial accounts so your trucks get serviced without a purchase order slowing the work down. One shop handles the pickups, the work trucks, and the tractors, and you get one point of contact for all of it.
We are answered 24/7/365 by a real dispatcher — not a call center — so when a fleet truck goes down you reach someone who can move on it. The same Crosby yard runs the towing and recovery side, which means a broken-down fleet truck can be recovered and repaired without involving a second vendor.
