We operate a fully fenced 4-acre storage compound at 4338 Harvey Rd in Crosby, Texas, the same facility we dispatch from. Outdoor storage for everyday vehicles, and an enclosed indoor shop with overhead crane for high-value cars, classics, and equipment that needs protection from the elements.

Our storage is used by insurance companies holding vehicles during claims, law enforcement for impound holds, fleet operators parking trucks and trailers overnight, contractors storing containers and equipment, and private owners needing short- or long-term secured space. Cameras, controlled access, and on-site staff around the clock.

Monthly paid parking available for RVs, boats, trailers, semis, shipping containers, and construction equipment. Call for rates based on size and duration. If your vehicle has been brought to our facility after a tow, bring a photo ID, vehicle registration (or title), and proof of insurance to retrieve it.

MONTHLY RV & MOTORHOME STORAGE

A Class A motorhome, fifth-wheel, or travel trailer sitting in the driveway can run afoul of an HOA, take up the whole garage, or just bake in the Texas sun between trips. We rent monthly outdoor spaces sized for big rigs: long enough for a 40-foot diesel pusher with a toad, and wide enough that you are not threading the needle every time you pull in. The lot is fully fenced, gated, and watched by cameras around the clock, so your coach is parked somewhere safer than the street. Call for a rate based on length; longer commitments and off-season parking are priced accordingly.

BOAT & PERSONAL WATERCRAFT STORAGE

Between trips to Lake Houston, Galveston Bay, or the San Jacinto, a boat on a trailer needs a place to live that is not your front lawn. We store bass boats, center consoles, ski boats, pontoons, and PWC trailers on our secured Crosby lot on a monthly basis. Outdoor spaces fit most trailered boats; for a high-value hull that you would rather keep out of the weather, ask about space in the enclosed shop. Either way it is behind a locked gate with cameras, not parked at a public ramp lot.

TRAVEL-TRAILER, FIFTH-WHEEL & CARGO-TRAILER STORAGE

Bumper-pull campers, fifth-wheels, enclosed cargo trailers, car haulers, and utility trailers all park well on a flat, fenced lot, and all of them are targets for theft when left on the street or at a job site. We rent monthly trailer spaces on the same 4-acre compound we dispatch our trucks from, so there is staff and equipment on hand. If a loaded or oversized trailer needs to be spotted into a tight space, our heavy wreckers can place it; you are not stuck backing a gooseneck blind.

SEMI, TRUCK & FLEET PARKING

Owner-operators and fleets need a legal, secured place to drop a tractor, a loaded or empty trailer, or a bobtail overnight, over the weekend, or by the month. Our Crosby yard is minutes from US-90, Beltway 8, and the SH-225 / Houston Ship Channel corridor, making it a practical staging point between loads. Fleet and commercial accounts can be set up on Net-30 terms, and because we run a 35-ton heavy wrecker and 50- and 75-ton rotators on site, a disabled unit dropped here can be moved or worked without bringing in a second company.

SHIPPING CONTAINER & CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT STORAGE

Contractors store conex boxes, skid steers, mini excavators, generators, light towers, dumpsters, and roll-off bins on our lot between jobs and during the off-season. The 4 acres give room to maneuver, and the overhead crane and heavy wreckers in our enclosed shop mean we can load, unload, and reposition heavy gear without you renting a separate machine. It is a secured alternative to leaving equipment exposed on an open job site overnight.

INDOOR STORAGE FOR CLASSICS, EXOTICS & HIGH-VALUE VEHICLES

Our enclosed indoor shop is the right place for a classic car, an exotic, a show vehicle, or any high-value asset that should not sit in the sun, the rain, or the hail. It is the same secured building that houses our overhead crane and heavy equipment, with controlled access. Whether you are wintering a collector car or holding a vehicle between a sale and pickup, it stays clean, dry, and behind locked doors. Indoor space is limited, so call ahead to reserve it.

IMPOUND, POLICE & COURT-ORDERED HOLDS

As a TDLR-licensed Vehicle Storage Facility, we hold vehicles for law-enforcement impounds, abandoned-vehicle and court-ordered holds, and recovered stolen vehicles. Owners and lienholders are notified as required by Texas law, and the lot is camera-monitored so the chain of custody is intact. If your vehicle was towed to us by a police or constable order, see the retrieval steps below before you drive out. Calling first saves you a wasted trip.

INSURANCE & ACCIDENT-CLAIM STORAGE

After a collision, insurers and adjusters often need a wrecked vehicle held intact while a claim, a total-loss decision, or a subrogation review plays out. We store accident vehicles outdoors or, for higher-value units, inside the shop, and we coordinate adjuster inspections and salvage-yard or owner release. Because we operate our own heavy recovery equipment, a damaged vehicle can come straight off our truck and into secured storage without an extra handoff.
