A motorcycle doesn’t belong on a hook or a wheel-lift — it belongs upright, on its own wheels, on a flat deck. We load street bikes, cruisers, baggers, sport bikes, and touring rigs level, lock the front wheel in a chock, and secure them with soft straps at the factory tie-down points so nothing gets scratched, dropped, or over-compressed.

HOW WE TOW A MOTORCYCLE WITHOUT DAMAGING IT
The whole job is loading and securing the bike so it arrives exactly the way it left. We roll the motorcycle up onto a flat deck, seat the front wheel in a wheel chock so it can’t tip, and tie it down with soft loop straps run over the handlebars and frame at the manufacturer’s tie-down points — never a chain, a hook, or a strap bitten into a brake line or bodywork.
We balance the tension so the forks aren’t bottomed out for the whole ride (over-compressed forks are how fork seals and finish get ruined), keep the bike upright and level on the deck, and check the straps before we roll and again before we unload. That’s the difference between a bike that shows up clean and one that shows up with scuffs, strap marks, or a dropped side.
WHY A MOTORCYCLE SHOULD NEVER GO ON A HOOK OR DOLLY
A standard hook-and-chain or wheel-lift tow truck is built to drag a car on two of its own wheels. A motorcycle has two wheels total and nothing to safely cradle — put it on a hook or a cheap dolly and you risk a tipped bike, a bent frame, a cracked fairing, or a fork that’s taken a load it was never designed for.
The right answer for every street bike, cruiser, trike, or ATV is a flatbed: all wheels on one deck, chocked and soft-strapped. If a company shows up to move your bike with a hook and no chock, that’s your sign to send them home.
BROKE DOWN, DROPPED IT, OR A NON-RUNNING BIKE
Most motorcycle tows fall into a few buckets and we handle all of them: a breakdown on a ride when you’re stuck on the shoulder, a bike that won’t start or has a dead battery, a project or barn-find that hasn’t run in years, or a bike that got dropped or went down in a crash. A non-running bike still loads clean — we winch or walk it up under control and chock it the same way.
If the bike’s been in an accident, we keep the loose pieces — mirrors, levers, bodywork — with the motorcycle and deliver it to your shop, dealer, or home, or hold it at our secured Crosby lot until you sort out the next step.
JUST BOUGHT A BIKE? PICKUP & TRANSPORT
Bought a motorcycle online, at auction, or a few towns over and need it home in one piece? That’s a flatbed job, not a “ride it home and hope” job — especially for a bike you haven’t inspected or that isn’t plated and insured yet. We’ll pick it up, secure it upright, and deliver it to your garage, and we give you a flat quote for the run before the truck rolls.

Powersports aren’t just two-wheelers. We move trikes and three-wheel conversions, ATVs and four-wheelers, and side-by-side UTVs on the same flat deck with the same care — chocked or blocked so they can’t roll and soft-strapped at solid frame points. Wider units get positioned and secured so nothing shifts on the highway.
